T-Bolts rout Bethel at Wright State

FAIRBORN — After suffering through frigid temperatures and record rainfall upon returning from the annual spring break trip to Florida, the Northmont varsity baseball team Thursday played its first game in Ohio with a 14-4 rout of Bethel at Wright State University.

Warriors dominate Herb Hartman Invitational

TROY — The Wayne boys track team dominated the Herb Hartman Invitational on Thursday evening at Troy High School. Wayne scored 153 points to easily outdistance second place Beavercreek at 102. Butler was third with 74 points.

Aviator power past Piqua for sweep

VANDALIA — The Aviators (4-3, 2-0) picked up their second straight win Thursday evening, powering past Piqua 9-1.

Norman dominates Piqua

PIQUA - After a week of playing down in South Carolina the Aviators (3-3, 1-0) returned to the cold reality that is early spring in Ohio. Despite the three inches of snow that fell overnight, the Aviators and Piqua Indians were able to move forward with the GWOC North opener Monday evening.

Northmont baseball games moved

Northmont’s home game Wednesday against West Carrollton and home game Thursday vs. Bethel have both been moved to Wright State.

Troy girls win Jack Lintz Invite

CLAYTON — On chilly and blustery day with sustained winds over 25 miles per hour Saturday the Troy girls track team turned in a dominating performance to win the annual Jack Lintz Invitational Track & Field meet at Northmont High School.
